School Infimary
Parents are earnestly requested not to send unwell children to school for attending classes, activities, or examinations.
- If a child is suffering from any illness, they should rest and recover at home.
- In case of absence due to sickness, a Medical Certificate / Doctor’s Note must be submitted to the school.
- The child’s attendance, assessment, and results will not be adversely affected if proper medical documentation is provided.
- For contagious illnesses, parents must ensure the child returns to school only after being declared fit by a medical practitioner.
The health and safety of all students and staff remain our top priority.
Absence from School
- It is mandatory for students of Grade III to XII to maintain a minimum of 75% attendance during the academic session in order to be eligible to appear for the final/board examinations, as per educational board norms.
- Applications for planned leave must be submitted at least one day in advance and duly signed by parents/guardians.
- Absences exceeding two consecutive days require a valid written explanation from parents.
- Students returning after illness must submit a Medical Certificate from a registered doctor.
- Long absence without prior intimation (more than 10 days) may lead to cancellation of admission, unless approved by the principal.
Transport Policy
- School transport is an optional facility and will be provided subject to seat availability.
- Bus routes and stops are planned based on student density and safety considerations.
- Routes/stops cannot be altered for individual requests.
- Parents/guardians are responsible for the safety of the child at the bus stop until boarding and after alighting.
- Any misconduct in the bus (indiscipline, damage, bullying) may result in withdrawal of transport facility.
- The school is not responsible for delays caused by traffic or unavoidable circumstances.
Withdrawls & TC Policy
- If a child is to be withdrawn, one month’s written notice must be given or one month’s fee will be charged in lieu thereof.
- Transfer Certificates will be issued only after clearance of all dues and return of library/books/property belonging to the school.
- The processing time for a TC is 7–10 working days after submission of the application and clearance of dues.
- Under special circumstances such as serious indiscipline, disruptive attitude, repeated misconduct, or consistent poor academic effort, the school reserves the right to take strict disciplinary action including suspension or withdrawal of the student.
